Shipping & Delivery

COMPLIMENTI currently ships within the United States from Doral, Florida.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Please allow 2–4 business days for your order to be prepared before shipment. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

U.S. Standard Shipping

Standard shipping within the United States is free on orders with a merchandise subtotal of $50 or more after discounts and before taxes. Orders below $50 will be charged the shipping rate displayed at checkout.

Standard delivery is estimated at 3–7 business days after the order has shipped. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, peak seasons, holidays, or circumstances outside our control.

Express or expedited shipping, when available, is not included in the free shipping promotion and will be charged at the rate shown during checkout.

Tracking

When your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow time for the carrier to update the tracking information.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If an order is returned because the address was incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping cost required to resend the package.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your tracking information shows an issue or your package arrives damaged, contact us promptly at complimenti.ve@gmail.com with your order number. We will help you review the situation and, when appropriate, work with the carrier. COMPLIMENTI is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout, but we will make a reasonable effort to assist.

Local Pickup

Local pickup in Doral, Florida is available only when the option appears during checkout. Please wait until you receive a “Ready for Pickup” email before arriving. Pickup is by appointment only, and a valid photo ID and order confirmation may be required.

International Shipping

International shipping is not currently available.
