SHIPPING POLICY

COMPLIMENTI LLC currently ships within the United States from Doral, Florida.
1. ORDER PROCESSING
Most standard orders are prepared within 2–4 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Handmade, personalized, customized, or made-to-order items may require 3–7 business days for preparation when stated on the individual product page.
Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.
2. SHIPPING WITHIN THE UNITED STATES
COMPLIMENTI currently ships to eligible addresses within the United States.
Available shipping methods and rates are shown at checkout based on the order and delivery destination.
3. FREE ECONOMY SHIPPING
Free Economy shipping is available on qualifying U.S. orders with a merchandise subtotal of $50 or more after discounts and before taxes.
Orders below $50 are charged the shipping rate displayed at checkout.
Express or expedited shipping, when available, is not included in the free shipping promotion and will be charged at the rate shown during checkout.
4. DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Economy Shipping is generally estimated at 5–8 business days after the order has shipped.
Standard Shipping is generally estimated at 3–4 business days after the order has shipped.
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, peak shipping periods, transportation disruptions, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside COMPLIMENTI’s reasonable control may affect delivery times.
5. TRACKING
When tracking is available, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout after your order ships.
Please allow time for the carrier’s tracking system to update after your shipping confirmation is sent.
6. ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Please review your shipping information carefully before completing your purchase.
If you notice an address error after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible.
We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or has shipped.
If a package is returned because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.
7. LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package appears to be lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at complimenti.ve@gmail.com with your order number and relevant details.
For damaged packages, please keep the packaging and provide clear photographs when requested.
COMPLIMENTI will make a reasonable effort to assist with carrier-related issues when applicable.
COMPLIMENTI is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout, but we will review the situation and assist when reasonably possible.
8. LOCAL DELIVERY
Local delivery may be available for eligible addresses in selected areas of Doral, Florida and nearby ZIP codes.
A minimum order of $30 applies.
Orders from $30 to $49.99 are subject to a $5 local delivery fee.
Local delivery is free on qualifying orders of $50 or more.
Availability is determined by the delivery address and the options shown during checkout.
We may contact you using the information provided with your order to coordinate delivery when necessary.
9. LOCAL PICKUP
Local pickup in Doral, Florida may be available when the option appears during checkout.
Please wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready before arriving.
Pickup is by appointment or according to the instructions provided after your order is ready.
Pickup instructions will be provided directly to eligible customers.
10. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
COMPLIMENTI does not currently offer international shipping.
