30-Day Return Policy

We want you to love your COMPLIMENTI purchase. You may request a return within 30 days of the date your order was delivered.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must be unworn, unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging. You must also provide your order number or other proof of purchase.

For hygiene reasons, earrings may only be returned if they are unworn and in their original packaging.

Final Sale Items

Customized or personalized pieces and items marked as final sale or clearance cannot be returned. Gift cards are non-returnable.

How to Request a Return

To begin a return, email us at complimenti.ve@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted. We will provide return instructions after reviewing your request.

Please do not send returns to any address without first contacting us.

Return Shipping

For returns due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, contact us as soon as possible. If the return is approved as our error, COMPLIMENTI will cover the return shipping cost.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us promptly with your order number and clear photographs so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We will notify you after we receive and inspect your return. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, please contact us at complimenti.ve@gmail.com.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the eligible item and place a new order after your return is approved.
